Refund & Cancellation Policy


At Digital Patronage, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, SEO, web development, branding, and lead generation services. Since our services involve strategic planning, research, creative work, and professional expertise, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Digital Patronage service, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.


1. Service Cancellation

Before Project Commencement

  • Clients may request cancellation within 5 calendar days from the payment date, provided that no project work has been initiated.

  • If the cancellation request is approved before work begins, the client may be eligible for a full refund after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

After Project Commencement

  • Once research, planning, design, development, campaign setup, consultation, or any project-related work has started, the project will be considered active.

  • In such cases, refunds will be calculated only after deducting the value of work completed, consultation hours, resources utilized, and any third-party expenses incurred.

  • Any eligible balance refund will be processed to the original payment method.


2. Monthly Services & Renewals

This applies to services including but not limited to:

  • SEO

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • Content Marketing

  • Website Maintenance

  • Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Cancellation requests for recurring services must be submitted at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Requests received after a new billing cycle begins will be effective from the following billing period.

  • Charges for services already delivered during the current billing cycle remain payable.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already been completed or delivered.

  • Campaigns have already been launched.

  • SEO optimization has commenced.

  • Website design or development work has started.

  • Graphic design or branding assets have been delivered.

  • Content writing has been completed.

  • Digital strategy or consultation sessions have been conducted.

  • Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, premium tools, plugins, or third-party purchases made on behalf of the client.

  • Paid advertising budgets already spent on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms.


4. SEO Service Disclaimer

Search engine optimization depends on numerous factors outside the control of Digital Patronage.

Therefore, we do not guarantee:

  • First-page rankings

  • Top 10 rankings

  • Specific keyword positions

  • Fixed traffic increases

  • Guaranteed leads or sales

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Google algorithm updates

  • Search engine policy changes

  • Competitor activities

  • Website modifications made by the client or third parties

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Technical issues caused by third-party developers or hosting providers

  • Client hiring another SEO agency during the project period

Digital Patronage follows ethical SEO practices and works diligently to improve long-term organic visibility, but search rankings cannot be guaranteed.


5. Paid Advertising Services

Digital Patronage manages advertising campaigns using professional best practices.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Sales

  • Qualified leads

  • ROAS

  • Conversion rates

  • Cost per lead

  • Campaign profitability

Advertising platform fees and ad spend are non-refundable once campaigns begin.


6. Website Development Projects

Website development projects are milestone-based.

Refunds are not available after:

  • Design approval

  • Development commencement

  • Delivery of project milestones

  • Deployment on staging or live server

If a project is cancelled midway, completed work remains the intellectual property of Digital Patronage until all outstanding invoices have been paid.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Required content

  • Images

  • Branding materials

  • Website access

  • Approval and feedback

  • Timely communication

Project delays resulting from incomplete client information do not qualify for refunds.


8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take up to 30 business days, depending on banking institutions and payment gateways.

  • Any applicable taxes, gateway charges, third-party expenses, or completed work charges may be deducted before processing the refund.


9. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through discussion, revisions, or mutually agreed solutions before considering cancellation or refund requests.


10. Policy Updates

Digital Patronage reserves the right to revise or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
