At Digital Patronage, we value transparency and strive to provide exceptional digital marketing and technology solutions. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing the cancellation of our services and projects.

By purchasing or subscribing to any service offered by Digital Patronage, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Cancellation Request

Clients who wish to cancel a service or project must submit a written request via email to our support team.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Client Name

  • Project or Service Name

  • Invoice or Order Number (if applicable)

  • Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are considered effective only after written confirmation from Digital Patronage.


2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

If a cancellation request is received within 12 hours of payment and before any project planning, consultation, research, design, development, or campaign setup has started, Digital Patronage may approve the cancellation after reviewing the request.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative fees.


3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once any of the following activities have begun, the project is considered active:

  • Business consultation

  • Strategy planning

  • Keyword research

  • Website audit

  • Graphic design

  • Website design or development

  • SEO implementation

  • Social media planning

  • Paid advertising setup

  • Content creation

  • Campaign execution

After work has commenced, cancellation requests may be accepted; however, charges for work already completed, resources utilized, consultation time, and any third-party expenses will remain payable.

Completed deliverables will be shared only after all outstanding dues have been cleared.


4. Monthly Marketing Services

For recurring services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Google Ads Management

  • Meta Ads Management

  • Website Maintenance

  • Content Marketing

  • Lead Generation Services

Clients may cancel their subscription by providing at least 10 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests received after the renewal date will become effective from the following billing cycle.

No partial cancellation or prorated adjustment will be made for services already delivered during the current billing period.


5. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled once execution has started:

  • Custom website development

  • Website redesign

  • Logo and branding design

  • Graphic design projects

  • Landing page development

  • Content writing assignments

  • SEO optimization work

  • Paid advertising campaigns already launched

  • Digital strategy and consulting sessions

  • Third-party purchases including domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, software licenses, APIs, and advertising budgets


6. Promotional & Discounted Services

Services purchased under:

  • Special promotional offers

  • Festival discounts

  • Limited-time campaigns

  • Bundle packages

  • Seasonal offers

  • Exclusive corporate pricing

are offered at discounted rates and are generally not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.


7. Third-Party Services

Digital Patronage works with various third-party providers such as:

  • Domain registrars

  • Hosting providers

  • Cloud service providers

  • Advertising platforms

  • Software vendors

  • Payment gateways

Once payments have been made to these providers on behalf of the client, such charges cannot be cancelled or reversed by Digital Patronage.

Any delays, outages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers are beyond our direct control.


8. Project Suspension Due to Client Delay

If the client fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or feedback for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold.

Cancellation during such a period does not entitle the client to cancellation of charges for work already completed or resources allocated.


9. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns through discussions, revisions, or mutually agreed solutions wherever possible.


10. Changes to This Policy

Digital Patronage reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall govern all future transactions.
